Biography

Dr Bruno has graduated in Italy in 1999 (University of Rome”, La Sapienza”).

In 2005 she had been awarded a Specialist degree with merit, in General Internal Medicine by the University of Rome la Sapienza, Italy.

She has an interest in Global Health and during her training as specialist in General Internal Medicine, she led a project in Cameron with the support of the University of Rome la Sapienza, aiming to provide healthcare and support for children affected by epilepsy.

She moved to UK in 2008 and she was appointed by different Trusts, including Princess Royal University Hospital and St Georges University Hospital where she worked in the Department of Endocrinology and Diabetes.

She is working at King’s College Hospital since 2014 as a Consultant in Acute and General Medicine.

Dr Bruno has a wide clinical experience which allows her to take a holistic approach to the patients' clinical presentation and she aims to identify the root cause of the problems.

Dr Bruno is involved in Medical Education and she has been appointed Acute Block Lead for the year 5 Medical Students by the GKT school of Medicine.
