Biography

Mr Bhangoo is a Consultant Neurologist with specialist interest in brain tumours, radiosurgery (including CyberKnife) and adult spinal surgery.

Mr Bhangoo qualified from Leicester Medical School, completed his basic surgical training in the East Midlands Surgical Rotation; his basic neurosurgical training at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and specialist training in neurosurgery was completed in the West Midlands Neurosurgical Rotation.

Mr Bhangoo spent a year studying medical and neurosurgical neuro-oncology; both clinical and research based (including basic science and new small molecule chemotherapy) at Europe’s leading cancer institute – Institute Gustauve Roussy, Paris, France. His accredited interest in radiosurgery includes CyberKnife and he is one of the few neurosurgeons in the UK to have undertaken the full Cyberknife training programme.
