Mr Ade-Ajayi is a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon with specialist interest in neonatal, gastro-intestinal and general paediatric surgery.

Mr Ade-Ajayi trained in Lagos, Nigeria, before progressing to general surgical training in Dublin and London. After gaining speciality training in the UK and Cape Town he then worked for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital as a locum consultant before his Consultant appointment at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Mr Ade-Ajayi is the International Editor for the African Journal of Paediatric Surgery and a member of the International Affairs Committee of the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons.
