Biography

Dr Ball is a Consultant Paediatrician known for his broad-based holistic approach to paediatric medicine. He has experience in international child health, hepatology, nutrition, immunology and behavioural/emotional difficulties. Dr Ball qualified from St. Thomas’s Hospital Medical School (University of London) and gained accreditation in Paediatrics in 1990. Dr Ball is actively involved in research and audit in paediatric HIV for the UK HIV infected cohort and in collaboration with the PENTA European network. Since his appointment at King’s he has continued to develop his many clinical interests and is also involved in charitable work on behalf of children.
